chescowx Posted December 24, 2016 Report Share Posted December 24, 2016 Here in Chester County PA we average a White Christmas (at least 1" of snow on the ground on Christmas day) 1 of every 4 years. We have had 30 White Christmases over the last 122 years of Chester County Records. The first being in 1902 with 3" on the ground and the last time being 2012 with 2" on the ground. The snowiest Christmas was 1966 with 25" of snow on the ground.
