Rainshadow
Canadian Weeklies not much better. Weeks 1 thru 3 above, confidentally at that. Week 4 near normal temps. Near normal pcpn all four weeks, not with those temps unless something tropical, remnant tropical comes by.

Seems to me like that would encourage ice storms, especially back here in the PA Apps.
Parsley
When was the last time we had a "cool" September? I'm not talking about a weak -1.2 departure either like in 2013.

Current SEPT AVE is 69.1 2013 (-1.2) 2009 (-1.1) 2006 (-2.0) 2001 (-0.7) 2000 (-2.7) The other 11 years back to 2000 all averaged at least 70 degrees

tombo82685
I wish we could just have every year as 2009. Big winter that year, cool summer and fall...

Back to 1984 for a top 10 cool SEPT - 64.7 I believe at the 19th hole last SAT we did bring up the summer of 2000, if every summer were like that.....if you take the average of JUL / AUG / SEPT that 2000 period is the tied for the 10 coolest on record at Philadelphia. Pretty impressive to get that level of cool during the flamethrower era.

After moving Nooch back into Rowan this afternoon, I am nearly at the point at scoring double digits on every golf hole if that becomes the butterfly flapping its wings to get that pattern into motion.
