Shame this rain happens on the weekend with kids sports, parties, and even some outdoor weddings planned. I’ll be putting off some outdoor chores that I won’t be too upset about 😉

Legit noreaster conditions yesterday down this way, gusts over 30mph so it was pretty neat. I noticed at one point last night on radar there were these oscillating bands of heavy rain oriented northwest - southeast moving over the region.

Curious what drove these to form, gravity waves maybe or perhaps just random chance? Either way I thought it looked cool and unique to see on radar.

Wow, you cashed in last time too.

Turned it into a really nice day today. No rain and the sun just came out. Just hit our high of 61.5
