This was like a spring snow where elevation mattered.  The smoothness of the EPS does not catch that.  So 2" was not nearly enough everywhere.

I betcha if you did a sniffing search on this web site, the GFS would come up right next to it every time. Maybe it did ok in Albany with this (or others, that is the problem with modeling adjustments), but it is an insult to garbage here with its "snowfall" predictions.
