Seems like a reasonable forecast, wind chills -30 or lower expected with blowing snow. 3-7 warrants a warning for you there?

General warning area I’m under is 6-12” but NWS site for my township I put together 3-7” since I’m inland and would sell on higher totals anyway. Probably since whiteout and blowing snow/high winds they put the entire county under it.

The mid-Atlantic has gradually become a cold, rainy winter climate over the last twenty years. It's depressing, no doubt.

Yep. We’ve had some absolutely epic snow seasons in the last 15 years. Obviously given our location we’re gonna have some busts too (2019-2020 comes to mind) but we’ve been spoiled overall lately (09-10 and 13-14 were off the charts)

Mitchnick
Great link to follow the front. As you zoom in you get more stations that you can click on for readings from last few days. Takes a bit to load however. https://www.wrh.noaa.gov/map/?obs=true¢er=39.4473115,-79.941553&density=1&zoom=7&basemap=OpenStreetMap&boundaries=true,false&obs_popup=true
Mitchnick
Though Maryland-centric, the top radar is great because it has temps from stations that update in real time vs. hourly and precip types (not always accurate of course.) https://www.marylandwx.com/radar-data/
