Jaderbeats
I am hoping that Philly sees some type of winter weather, I looked up this article and it looks like that hope is starting to dwindle. PENNSYLVANIA — Pennsylvania could be in for a warm winter this year with equal chances for a dry and wet winter, according to the latest forecast released by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Thanks in part to an ongoing La Niña weather pattern, NOAA’s Climate Prediction Center — a division of the National Weather Service — is predicting a warmer than normal winter for our state. According to NOAA, Pennsylvania has a 33 to 40 percent chance of having a warmer winter than on average. However, a slim strip of eastern Pennsylvania has a 40 to 50 percent chance of having a warmer than average winter.

Also says that there is a better chance of normal to below normal temperatures.
