Hope it’s not a total washout Monday to allow for a Labor Day BBQ with family visiting. But looking forward to a cloudy day, making it more comfortable to be outside in the afternoon. My backyard deck gets full sun in the afternoon. For that reason we usually wait until 6pm for any outdoor get-together, but we need to BBQ early on Monday as some family members have to hit the road.

Tony, if we do indeed receive 2-3" will that be a true "drought buster"?  Seems we have a ways to go to get to average for the last few months.

Am I reading this wrong or is the Euro suffering the “let’s predict some QPF in every six hour increment” disease that plagues the GFS?

Those are the ensembles. I will say though the Euro thanks the GFS for taking attention about that away from it. It is not as bad as the GFS, but it goes that way on some runs also.
