I was probably in Wegmans, haha.  Norz hill farm is about 2 minutes from me.  It is right over the river.  I'm heading there Saturday with the family to do the scare farm.

Lol, my kids were scared during the day just glancing at some of the staged stuff. That’s a beautiful area. I’m a big fan of NJ, it gets a bad rap overall.

File this under FYI, but I thought I'd drop this here....Free Virtual Southern New England Weather Conference featuring a presentation by Uccellini.

That's pretty cool, I wonder if there's a Mid-Atlantic weather conference? Even if not, it still might be worth signing up just to hear Dr. Uccellini's speech. Always fascinating to hear someone with a lot of knowledge discuss northeast US winter weather.

We did, thanks. Weather wasn't the best but it could have been worse.

Norz Hill Farm had plenty of pumpkins for my girls to choose from.

Are they going to carve the pumpkin with your help?

Yeah. This weekend. I Believe they each picked a Pumpkin around 20 lbs. That won’t be a quick project. Hopefully they are up for the challenge.

I thought that some of you might enjoy my little spider friend living in my rain gage.

I have a spare rain gage that I put out and have spidy’s home under the soffit. Hopefully Spidy won’t drown.  I also held a small twig in spidy’s home, Spidy moved.

My younger one used a stencil (and some help from daddy). My older tried for “unicorn witch” free handed.

Wow, thanks for sharing the great photos of the pumpkins. I can tell your girls had fun with help from Daddy. They both came out nice.

GFS drops a wet snow bomb 1st week of Nov.  It's hunting season!

As long as it's not October our winter won't be ruined. So this is fine. 0z Euro has some snow too next week.
