Even with cold(er) temps. incoming the March sun should work its wonders on the muck left behind. Looking forward to getting out in the yard soon and getting landspacing (mulch delivery, etc) rolling.

What's the over and under for the first heat wave.

Heat Wave
A period of abnormally and uncomfortably hot and unusually humid weather. Typically a heat wave lasts two or more days.

I'm in for 6/09.

If we don't get some regionwide soakers in the next few weeks, we could be setting up for some big heatwaves within a month I'd wager.

I agree.  Only 2.81” here since 4/1…next few weeks look pretty dry too.

Yeah, we'll see what happens the next few weeks, we may be off to the races by 6/1 if we can't score several inches of rain regionwide before then.

Can change locally on a dime, but yes increasing potential for some brown grass this summer. The west US in much worse condition. May help us by focusing the heatwaves further west.

Yeah, it usually finds a way to rain around here.  A couple big soakings last summer (especially early August) saved PHL from easily atleast another 5-10 90+ degree days.

I know some of you live at least somewhat up this way, so I just wanted to let you know that I’ll be playing piano and singing at Tuned Up Brewing Company in Spring City from 6:30-9:30 this evening. Today marks the two-week anniversary of my second Pfizer job, so I am fully vaccinated and ready to party!
