Great news. Christmas tree and outdoor lights are up here. That will brighten spirits til the end of December, then Mother Nature takes over from there! 😎

Once we turn the clocks forward, I'm pretty much out of winter mode, but consistently nice weather is still pretty much 6+ weeks away.

Yup, March is a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG month, but regardless of weather the days get longer and brighter. I'll take whatever Mother Nature gives us.

One week to EDT and the longest, darkest EST season ever is over!

Ever? You must have forgotten when DST started in April and ended in late October. You know, when standard time was almost half the year, like it should be. 😉

Soon enough I'll be able to enjoy a sunset walk with the pup AFTER the kids go to bed.

It’s going to be a great week leading up to EDT! Double win.

Yeah I remember last weekend in April wayyyyyy back when. Current one, don’t know if leap year caused it or not, we had the earliest possible day for EST to begin (11/1) and the latest possible day for it to end (3/14). Good thing for Andy come this November it doesn’t get any later than this (11/7). ;)
