susqushawn Posted August 4, 2020 Report Share Posted August 4, 2020 Looks like @mshaffer526 is poised to get the heaviest core of rain totals in Lancaster Co. Low goes directly over philly, soundings show a couple hours of brisk ESE winds ahead of the low, a lull, then equally if not more brisk NW winds on the backend, where better mixing takes place.
