snowlurker
I just read on spaceweather.com that the mesosphere is record breakingly cold, which leads to sightings of noctilucent clouds in the mid latitudes.

Rainshadow
Wow it is never going to stop raining, the wind is always going to be calm and we will have a mostly sunny shower. Back on planet Earth.....
mshaffer526
Woke up at the crack of dawn this morning and drove up to Hamburg to hike the Appalachian Trail Pinnacle/Pulpit Rock loop with my doodle. Despite the fog not having burned off by the time I reached the Pinnacle, such a great experience. 8.5 miles and 1250 feet (most of which was in the first 2.5 miles) in a little over 3 hours. Highly recommend. Didn't see any rattlers either which was a relief.
chescowx
Just amazing that a band that has not recorded a note in 50 years is outselling all other bands both newer and old here in 2020! With all of their career done in just 6 short years and 13 albums...heck some bands today put out 1 album every 6 years. https://www.iheart.com/content/2020-07-15-the-beatles-are-the-best-selling-rock-band-of-2020/

But young folks do download music and this metric also includes both downloads and streaming.....so it does not represent just purchased music as that continues to decline....so it is all inclusive of how music is accessed today
