Frank!

Been watering the past 2 hours. Feels great.

I haven't watered the lawn yet.  It is still fairly green, but with an acre, it is hard to water it all.  I guess I'll see how tomorrow plays out and maybe I'll start to water before it gets too bad.

I'd like some rain, ridiculous

I'd have gladly shared some of my 1.84" from Saturday--just ask, I'll send it your way.

That’s convection for you. I feel like much of water from storms barely makes it into the ground anyway. But I guess some is better than none.

Trust me it does, plus it also helps replenish reservoirs and everything else. So I'll take a thunderstorms anytime

Well, we had no snow all winter. Now you get no rain.

Beautiful day at Nockamixon State Park.

Beautiful day on the beach in Sea Isle City NJ....the breeze was more from the South than SE today but that still works here in SIC....temps were generally in the upper 70's right along the water with near 80 just a couple blocks inland at times during the PM. Very crowded in town and on the beaches. Phillies flag flying in honor of the hopeful start of the season - Go Phils!!

In Sea Isle City we have already recorded our warmest temp so far of the year at 88.4 at 10:18am - wind has veered a bit to the SSE so lost a couple degrees....rooting on the ole sea breeze or else no plage aujourd'hui!
