I don't think so, but it's not taking any time to moisten the column and reach the ground based on DC obs.  If I were you, I'd be parked at home at 3pm awaiting the first flakes...

A good time to use the HRRR radar tool to see how it's performing vs reality:

As of now, the HRRR precip placement is pretty correct, but it's overdoing the intensity throughout the center of the blob (brown colors).
