Rainshadow
The TACT Winter Outlook will be in degraded mode due to hardware failures. But we will march on best we can. Maybe once the technicians fix the problems, an upgraded outlook will be issued in December. Please observe the no drone restrictions. We have to concentrate twice as hard. Rainshadow
Well let's just say on the all important snow hole, someone made a critical 15 foot putt for bogey, someone made a critical 9 foot putt for par and someone else made bogey. The drum roll please: Total seasonal snowfall for PHL: 28" Temps (departures): DEC +4F, JAN +4F, FEB +2F White Christmas: No for PHL, coastal plain; cutoff somewhere along the Tom-Parsley-Quakertown line and points northwest for a White Christmas.

Rainshadow
BTW we used the actual snow hole (Red #9) that worked so well for us in seasons past. Last November Jaws tripped us up forcing us to golf on the blue (and a blue ball) course instead and that didn't work out.

One really bad month (for me bad is about the temperatures). 28" vs 33", pretty close.

Our attorneys have advised us not to disclose them. Judging from their reactions, 9 out of 10 liked the outcome of yesterday.

I guess point Northwest meant Binghamton. PHL thru 12/24 was -0.7F, so December is going to verify colder. BTW alot of people that should have had a White Christmas didn't. Chubbs
Despite relatively cool temps, have to pick-up our game to hit TAC's 28", and my 35"

I've only had 0.4", ACY 0.5", ABE 2.1", BOS 11.5" & ALB "only" 29.8". Yes just like our day on the course, the atmosphere has not been making any putts for us. I've had roughly the same amount of snow here as you have, just to confirm that the map is a bit inflated with its snow totals. Maybe it doesn't account for melting due to warm ground temperatures when snow is being recording on the radar? I'm not sure...
