36 at 9am. On the bright the side, for areas where the storm doesn’t pan out they are still one day closer to the start of spring.

I’m expecting more wasted precip. regionwide before the accumulating snow begins. It will be thump or bust for many. (Between 6pm-2am).  Personally, at this point in the season I’m fine either way.

Dry air draining in in on light NNE surface winds...they back to the south early afternoon as low approaches with dews rising, but yes, areas upstream are seeing evap cooling and near immediate precip, temps dropping a few degrees at onset with light snow in N MD.  Our boundary layer will likely mini torch until precip hits, but it's a shallow layer above freezing, with intensity comes the snow flakes
