Birdtown2
What is with this balmy air ? Stayed at 33 all night even with ample snow on the ground. Then between 5:00 to 6:00 had clear skies and dropped to 30. Now up to 35.

eastonwx
Dewpoints dropping, so we should expect some decent evap. cooling?
colonel_kurtz
this morning certainly doesn't have that look or feel of impending snow
Parsley
36 at 9am. On the bright the side, for areas where the storm doesn’t pan out they are still one day closer to the start of spring. I’m expecting more wasted precip. regionwide before the accumulating snow begins. It will be thump or bust for many. (Between 6pm-2am). Personally, at this point in the season I’m fine either way. SouthJerseyJeff
Hazy sun and 40 degrees. Not expecting more than an inch or two if I’m lucky.

TTNwatcher
TTN 41f. Cloudy. Thinking 2-3 paste snow, happy if there's a band surprise to get above that!

Dry air draining in in on light NNE surface winds...they back to the south early afternoon as low approaches with dews rising, but yes, areas upstream are seeing evap cooling and near immediate precip, temps dropping a few degrees at onset with light snow in N MD. Our boundary layer will likely mini torch until precip hits, but it's a shallow layer above freezing, with intensity comes the snow flakes

jmister
Temps are high here...too high for comfort. I'm thinking our only chance of accumulating snow is heavy rates after the sun goes down. Update 10:49am - 45.0F. Hoping that turns around quickly.
