Rainshadow
Post 'em if you have them. Not a total repeat in terms of strength/position of systems from last week, but we are back in the heat ridge/trof/Bermuda ridge sandwich.

Parsley
Looks like the clouds are ahead of schedule already. Not sure the gardens can handle another week of limited sun and tons of rain.

iceman56
Been tilling regularly to try to aerate the soil, but my peppers are wilting and starting to drop leaves. This week will be the nail in the coffin I suppose. This has been a regular thing the last few years with peppers and tomatoes between the various blights and excessive rains. At least another sign of fall today - average temps have begun their decline in PHL.
Parsley
Gives me more incentive to do my garden from pots vs. ground (since it's small anyway). My 2 pepper pots have been huge producers and look good as I hid them from last week's deluge. Meanwhile, tomato, cucs, zuccs all show signs of yellowing and/or powdery mildew. This week will not help. Hopefully things dry out by the weekend.
mshaffer526
Checked the radar...well that escalated quickly. HRRR has that big slug of showers and storms in central PA completely dissipating by 00z.
JimCaruso
I am in Pittsburgh about to board a flight back to PHL, hope all that rain in between doesn’t affect anything. Doesn’t look like much lightning on RadarScope so hopefully it’s not convective in nature? Earlier flight was delayed an hour or two but so far my 3pm flight is on time. mweav067
For me, it's interesting to look at the radar right now and see rain to the west and east of where I'm at.
mshaffer526
That's a lot of rain out in central PA...already pushing into and past the SRV. HRRR still saying none of it gets here.

CyphaPSU
Interesting radar with that line from Trenton to Harrisburg. I haven’t looked at any skew-t but it certainly looks like multiple levels of precip. 5701CB18-F850-4859-9A3C-C1E74F45A328.mov

tombo82685
.25 yesterday. This week looks to be shaping up kind of like last week where most of the action stays west of city till later in the week.
