    Went low today (same can’t be said for my playing partners lol). 37/40 split . Wind really picked up on the back 9 🤷🏻‍♂️. Hitting my irons soo flush right now, it’s been an amazing feeling. (And keeping my tee shots in play!) played at Springfield CC. Not a bad day today.

    Nice little light show overnight. It was also the puppy’s first run in with thunder and she jumped up in bed and hid under the covers with us lol.

    Beautiful day for a walk with the pup. The full sun and brisk chill is one of my favorite weather combos. I’ll be wishing for it in about 3 months when there’s 90°/72° On the docket

    Yea. When the land was developed, not sure if this was man made or natural. Not full of water, but it is wetland. I kinda drew a side view of the yard elevation. (I’m not Picasso) slopes down towards middle from the house and the back of the yard. Couldn’t be more than a 1’ at the lowest spot (around the fire pit is the first place flooded).

    Kinda drains to the middle, then just drains out somewhere hidden underground ?? It would take a lot to run it out front towards curb, and avoid directing it into a neighbors yard.

    Yea. It’s def the middle /catch basin of the yard. (Back of yards runs to middle, and from the house it runs towards the middle). Which is good, cause it keeps water out of the house. Seems like that’s my game plan. Lots of digging and dumping dirt!! What’s the cost for the drainage to be done by contractors usually? Just a ballpark; I’ll probably get some quotes.
