Qs from Rocky III discussion (March 14th storm)

3 posts in this topic

Questions if I may. H5 refers to 500 millibar height?

Northern and southern streams, are they jets or troughs?

I do have some basic meteorology books by the way, including an intro to meterology book by Ahrens. So feel free to direct me to find a section to read in my books.

Thanks.

Thanks Tombo! :)  I am reviewing some of the discussion in one of my meteorology books as relates to the discussion here on Rocky III (March 14th). You are always helpful. Thanks.
