  1. We just opened up the house...the breeze coming through feels fantastic. Probably going to need to turn on the A/C later, but it's a nice one out. Ended up with 1.46" on the gauge here.
  2. Is anyone else headed to the Chester County Balloon Festival today? For her birthday, my wife decided she wanted all three of us (us including our 3 y.o. daughter) to go on a helicopter ride at noon. I am not afraid of flying, but helicopter tours spook me a little bit. Especially with the breezes today.
  3. Brilliant sunshine, nice breeze. DP starting to fall. 68.6 F
  4. Already showing signs of clearing out here... Going to be a gold star weekend Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  5. Possible tornado touched down at Cheat Lake, WV.
  6. Waiting patiently... Nothing yet. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  7. Absolutely perfect evening. Cooled off immensely and gonna be a nice sunset Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  8. My Mom moved to Mobile a couple of weeks ago to live near my sister. Welcome to the Gulf...5-10" of rain there from Cindy forecast with isolated totals over 15". Looking at the rain shield, that is just nonstop heavy rain for over 48 hours. Crazy.
  9. Now getting into that space where you have the steady rain, and occasional rumbles of thunder. We just had a rumble come through that is one of the deepest, most bass-filled rumbles I've heard in quite some time. One of those ones that sounds/feels more like an earthquake, with the windows shaking and china shaking in the cabinet. It seems like some of the deepest rumbles of thunder are as the storm recedes.
  10. Line broke up west of us and reformed east of us. It's just been heavy showers with a couple rumbles of thunder. Honestly the LLJ was the most exciting part of the whole ordeal. Live shot of me sitting outside watching the storm:
  11. Extremely windy. Garbage can just went rolling down the street Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  12. Line starting to look pretty messy around here. Expectations tempered Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  13. Tornado warning on that bow cell moving NE through Elizabethtown area.
  14. I was hoping to get home before the line moved through out here but that's gonna be tough.
  15. Often hard to tell looking at radar, but those storms most certainly look like they are moving a lot faster than forecast.
